Cost of Waiting

The cost of waiting can be defined as the earnings lost by delaying implementation of the plan by 1 year. Based on the same cash value goal, each year the plan fails to be implemented, the required modal payment (and total outlay) increases and the total earnings generated decreases.

This program calculates the modal payment required at a given interest rate to accumulate the desired target cash value.
