The "Benz" case as it will certainly be referred to going forward was issued on 5/11/09. I have read and re-read this case as issued by the court) and beleive I now understand how the court came to its conclusions.

Because it is somewhat lengthy, Gordon was kind enough to edit it and post it in the Articles section at this website - give it a read if you are so interested & we may potentially get some lively debate.
